Hi there! 👋
I’m Ben Costa, owner and founder of Costa Tree Service (Formerly Costa Property Maintenance)
After a decade of building homes in Colorado and working in the tree industry in Wisconsin, I decided to start Costa Property Maintenance in 2012. I’ve always considered myself a leader and quickly sought out how to become the best at my profession. I’m proud of my business, my crew and the work we do everyday. I love interacting with our customers, working outdoors and seeing a project through from start to finish
In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my wife, Jen and daughters, Nora and Hazel, and yellow lab, Brutus. We love everything outdoors – camping, hiking, being on the lake and exploring new places. During the off-season, you can find me in Upper Michigan snowmobiling with my brother, Josh.

Ben's crew arrived @ 8:00 a.m. and were all done and cleaned up by 11:00 a.m. Not bad for taking down 2 huge dead Blue Spruce. Very efficient & considerate crew! Back yard was cleaner than when they arrived. This is the 3rd time our family has had Costa cut down trees for us. Price is very reasonable, crew is very professional! Even my neighbors were impressed!

The Costa Property team took down a large ash tree located by our deck and not too far from the house, and they also removed a few overgrown arborvitae shrubs.
The experience was super friendly and professional from the first phone call until the last branch was cleaned up, and kindly answered all of our pesky questions in between.
They had all the big equipment to handle the job safely and efficiently, and on top of all that we thought the cost was very reasonable.
We will definitely be having them back in the spring to grind out that stump and replace the tree in the spring!
