Tree Cutting Service In Hartland and Delafield

Tree removal is a dangerous, delicate job. It requires precision, experience, and the right equipment. With a crew that’s been at it for decades and some of the most sophisticated tree-cutting equipment, Costa Tree Service can be trusted to cut down your trees.

Our tree arborists operate within Hartland, Chenequa, Summit, and throughout Lake Country, Wisconsin.

With cranes, spider lifts, log grapplers, and a wide range of tools, our tree removal options aren’t limited. This means we can always choose the safest and most efficient method in most situations. We can also tackle trees of almost any size and build.

Our Tree Removals are Timely, Safe, and Efficient

As a resident of Hartland, Delafield, Oconomowoc, and surrounding areas, you might have any of these tree problems:

  • Dying or dead trees that look like potential hazards.
  • Aggressive growth of buckthorn trees or invasive species that should be removed.
  • You have a lakefront property and are unsure how a tree service will enter the job site with the necessary equipment.
  • You want to create space or clear land to plant new trees or build something.

Costa has operated in the area for a long time, so we know exactly how to handle these and other tree removal problems.

Our ISA-certified arborists have experience maneuvering power lines and tight spaces. We will find creative ways to access lakefront properties. If needed, we will also work closely with the local utility companies to coordinate the tree cutting.

We clean up nicely too…

We do a final clean-up of the job site after every tree removal service. This includes removing all wood, branches, and shavings from your lawn. We’ll rake and blow away debris from affected areas, including your roof.

We also haul the logs away or leave them on-site if you want.

As a tree service company managed by property owners, we understand property value. So we take extra care to avoid damages or “bruises” on your yard and house. Our arborists are comprehensively insured as well.

What are the signs a tree needs to be removed?

Hear from a professional before trying to cut down a tree. Contact us at Costa Tree Service; we’ll gladly help assess the situation.

The following signs will let you know whether to seriously consider a tree removal:

  • Larger branches are starting to hang or fall from the tree.
  • The main trunk has suffered severe damage. Lots of vertical cracks and severely peeling barks in the trunk are signs of danger.
  • Much of the tree’s root system has been damaged by excavation.
  • The tree is growing too close to power lines.
  • A larger part of the tree’s trunk is hollow. The weakened trunk strength makes it a potential hazard.
  • The tree is infested by invasive insects.
  • The tree suddenly starts leaning or leans too close to the building.

Don’t wait till it becomes a hazard before taking action. Reach out if you think you need a tree removal or tree trimming. Call (262) 922-8443 or fill the quote form. Our professionals will attend to you.

Tree Removal FAQs

How long does it take you to do a tree removal?

It depends on the project’s scope, i.e., tree size, number of trees, on-site logistics, e.t.c.

How much does your tree removal service cost?

We can’t mention a standard rate as every customer receives a custom estimate. Each job is unique—there are multiple factors that determine every estimate we provide.

Do I need to be home when you're working on my trees?

This depends on you. We’re perfectly fine with working in your absence. You will get home to a completed job that will leave a smile on your face.

Do you give estimates over the phone?

Unfortunately, we can’t. Tree projects vary as several factors affect the nature of each project—from the logistics of moving the equipment onsite to the skilled workers needed. Pictures might work sometimes, but we typically need to see the tree and environs to determine an accurate price.
